This short trail off of Pingree Park Road is a hidden gem taking you up to a beautiful lake overlooking the Stormy Peaks. If you have an AWD/2WD vehicle and are looking for a nice place to have a picnic or cast your fishing rod in a peaceful mountain lake, this wouldn't be a bad trail. There are a few campsites off this trail, but it can get busy quickly as this spot tends to be fairly popular on weekends.
