E of Cove Mountain Road is a quick out-and-back rather than a route to anywhere in particular. It ends at private property. Most of the drive is a mellow forest two-track, but a rocky section roughly three hundred yards long breaks up the run and is the reason for its rating.
A stock high clearance 4x4 handles this trail without issue. The rocky stretch calls for careful tire placement to avoid undercarriage contact, but the rest of the ascent/descent is straightforward dirt with occasional loose or steep spots. No concerns beyond the terrain itself apply here.
There is no camping along this road. Drivers looking to camp nearby will need to find a spot elsewhere before or after running the trail.
