Mission Sweet Mine Road takes you to one of the many mines in the area. Isolated and desolate, with nothing visible to the horizon to remind one of nearby civilization save the road you were just on. Barren and forsaken, this land has an unmatched and unique beauty. The road passes the Mission Sweet Mine and ends at what were once living quarters for the workers. The trail is entirely flat, hard-packed with small rocks. There are no major obstacles along the trail, and it is suitable for beginning offroaders with a high clearance SUV. Near the start of the trail is an established campsite, sheltered by rocks and with a natural chimney
