Trail Information

Highlights

On the northern end of the Tarryall Mountains in the Badger Mountain Trail Network sits Baker Road, a scenic and simple off-road drive. The road dips and dives through the Colorado mountains, passing by the small but distinct peak of Baker Mountain, which is less than 100 feet taller than the roads in the area. Baker Road is part of the Badger Mountain Trail Network and is an excellent addition to your day in the area. These trails crisscross the area. With so much space, camping is most often quiet and beautiful.

We checked on Eagle Rock and its connecting trails. No major changes to the write up but the road is a little rougher due to recent rains.

Baker Road isn't anything special in terms of obstacles, or even views. But it is part of this area and a fun little run to check out while driving around. This area would be good to camp in, we didn't see another soul the whole day.
