Highlights

Bull Canyon is a unique offroad experience well-suited for beginners. The trail takes you through winding canyons, towering cliffs, and sandy washes just off the famous Gemini Bridges trail. The trail is aptly named. Ranchers used the canyon as pasture land for their cattle. Seeing cows along the trail is not uncommon. The trail provides access to a short hike that leads to the magnificent Gemini Bridges. In addition to the natural beauty of the Gemini Bridges, you get deep into the heart of the awe-inspiring beauty of the unique landscape surrounding Moab. Combine this trail with Gemini Bridges, Surprise Overlook, and Long Canyon for an introductory route into wheeling around Moab.

Great trip to see the bottom of Gemini Bridges. Stop toward the end and you can hike 1/4 mile or so to the bottom and look up at the bridges. The off-roading was good, lots of rocks to navigate through in the washes. For larger trucks (I have a Raptor), some of the larger rocks are on each side of the truck, but you can make it (disclaimer - as of 5/15, I can't make any promises if there is a flood anytime after this post :)). Toward the end of the trail, there is a drive through where trees are on both sides. You'll definitely get hugged here, no way around it. Overall, it was a fun trail with great scenery. Well done on the detailed description TO.

This is a really fun trail and definitely worth taking the hike to the bottom of the Gemini Bridges. I went pretty early and basically had the trail to myself; the solitude in the canyon was very enjoyable. There are a few challenging spots along this trail, but nothing too scary. I was happy to have sliders at a few points, but I think I could have done without if I had chosen better lines. Aired down to around 20psi. 3rd Gen Tacoma, stock height, Toyo Open Country ATIII "32s", full skids and sliders

Neat little trail. Nothing too challenging but you still need to pay attention in a few spots. You used to be able to take the left fork up to the mine, but there was a rock slide and now there is a big rock blocking the trail part way up the shelf road. Had to back down. That is why we do not recommend the left for anymore! But taking the trail to Waypoint 11 is all you need for the good views!

It was my first time running Bull Canyon and I must say, I had a blast navigating the washes and experiencing the tall cliffs that surround you. This trail has excellent scenery and it would be a great trail for a beginner or someone new to off-roading. I highly recommend this trail for anyone looking to escape the crowds.
