Highlight: Marksbury Road
Just down the road from the famous China Wall in southern Colorado is the mild Marksbury Road. This easy trail runs from County Road 77 to County Road 31 and connects pavement to La Salle Pass, Beryllium Road, and all of the trails in the Badger Mountain & Puma Hills area. The scenic trail runs through some open grazing areas and you are likely to see cattle grazing along the way. As you get towards the latter half of the road, the views open up and you can see the mountains in the distance. In the winter, these views go from green landscapes to icy peaks and on a clear day make for some spectacular sights.
