Overview

As the name implies, this trail provides an alternate entrance to the Yankee Mosquito (Kingston Peak Cutoff) trail. It is very similar in character and feel to that trail with tight corners through thick forest and just enough rocks to make you pay attention. It is another way to make the connection from Yankee Hill to Kingston Peak, allowing you to run major portions of those trail as a loop from St. Mary’s back over to Alice. It also tends to have a little less traffic than the more popular parts of the Yankee Hill network.
