Tram Road allows explorers to travel through forests of varying densities. Some areas will be clear from logging and prescribed burns, while other areas seem untouched by humans. Plenty of wildlife can be spotted on Tram Road, including lots of grasshoppers that hitch a ride on your vehicle!

Directions to Trailhead

Starting Point: Dunnellon

At the intersection of N Williams St and Cedar St, turn westbound onto Cedar St. Follow Cedar St. for about 5 miles then turn northbound onto FL-336. Follow FL-336 for almost 8 miles and turn right onto a dirt road named North Gasline Road. Follow North Gasline Road for about a mile, then turn right\east onto Beehive Road. Shortly after starting on Beehive Road look for a dirt road on the right/south with a sign for Tram Road.
