Highlight: EOS Mill
EOS Mill Road is one of the roads less traveled in the Buffalo Creek Recreation Area in the Pike National Forest. This is a pleasant drive through the Colorado evergreens and is one of those trails that are open all year long. The trail gets its name from a locally famous sawmill that has been in the area since the early 1930s. The Buffalo Creek Recreation Area covers nearly 25 square miles of multi-use trails and camping. Most of these trails directly connect to the famous Colorado Trail (FS 1776) and locally, 50 miles of hiking and biking trails.
