Highlight: Forest Service 202
Towards the edge of Wildcat Canyon in the Pike National Forest, this short access trail adds a fun rough section that requires driver experience and a capable rig to negotiate. The steep and rocky inclines on this trail drop you over 1000 feet into the canyon, occasionally opening up some amazing views of the surrounding areas. While Hackett Gulch, Longwater Gulch, and Metberry Gulch get a lot of attention in this area, this trail is under-appreciated and often, lightly-visited. Add this to Sportsman Road, and even Old Stage FS 220 for a full day of wheeling, away from the crowds in the area.
