Originating within the Poe Paddy State Park and traveling through the Bald Eagle State Forest, the hard-packed road will travel along Penn's Creek and a few other brooks, all of which offer great views of lush forest and moss-covered rocks. A few sections travel through private property before the road ends in an idyllic farming area. Camping is only found in the State Park.
