Owls Nest originates where Bingham ends in a small swath of private land referred to as "Owls Nest." The road is mainly graded dirt with patches of gravel and a few muddy spots. Any vehicle can accomplish the road in dry weather. Dispersed and designated campsites are located south of the private property.
