San Felipe Wash is the main wash running through Ocotillo Wells OHV, on the southern side of the park. Because of that, people often use this as the main path to get places. The wash doesn't have anything interesting but does allow people plenty of space to get out and get away from the crowds.
If you are looking for somewhere to camp, check out the camping near Blow Sand. It has bathrooms, showers, and plenty of places for RV Parking.
