Sand Rock Road runs parallel to Three Runs Tower Road on the eastern side of Panther Hollow. The route connects Dutchman Road at its northern end to Keating Karthaus Road at the south. If running the trail from south to north, you will not arrive at the official state land boundary until about 1.3 miles down the trail. Sand Rock Road can be used as an easy route to access other roads entering into the Quehanna Wild Area and the extensive hiking in the area. No camping is available along this route.
