Sackett Road is a continuation of FR124 Sackett and travels through a checkerboard of private and public land. The road surface is a mix between dirt and crushed gravel. Evidence of oil and gas activity and right-of-ways for gas and fiber pipelines on the various spur roads. No camping was found on the way.
