If you like sharp, jagged rocks and large fissures, you'll love Hell's Half Acre. This trail is not for unprotected stock vehicles, as the lava rock fields are unforgiving and difficult to pass. You'll want to bring your lifted 4x4 or rock buggy for this one.
The area is managed by the Bureau of Land Management Idaho Falls District and takes you along an old lava flow full of sharp rocks and difficult terrain. While you can camp in BLM land, this area is not known for its camping spots.
