Barber Flat - Jeep Trail 376, also known as Road Creek Road, can begin at Middle Fork Road or at North Fork Boise River Road. The trail climbs to over 5,000 feet with amazing views of the North Fork Boise River to the north, Middle Fork Boise River to the south, and the surrounding ridges. The trail is part of Section 2 of the Idaho Backcountry Discovery Route. This area has several multi-use trails for hikers, mountain bikers, SXSs, and jeeps. High clearance vehicles are recommended for this trail as there are numerous washouts and off-camber concerns. Barber Flat is a single lane with few areas to pull over for passing. Close to the top are spots for camping with plenty of room to turn around and fantastic views of the surrounding mountain range.
