Staring out at monster peaks within the Lizard Head Wilderness, East Naturita is a scenic, short, dead-end camping spur off Delores Norwood Road in an isolated parcel of the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre, Gunnison National Forest. There are 9 large designated camp areas along the road. Areas 5 and 6 offer multiple campsites where several camping parties could find space. It is an easy, graded road suitable for any vehicle, including RVs and travel trailers.
