Overview

Hidden at the end of Link Mountain/210 is Cove Creek Lake. Cove Creek Lake is a quiet little 47-acre watershed lake that helps keep the Fourche LaFave River System from flooding by slowing rainfall runoff from the adjoining mountains. To get there requires this fun little 4.5-mile trek down Link Mountain/210. Nothing gets you in the mood to fish, kayak or swim more than a nice drive through the beautiful Ouachita National Forest! If getting off the beaten path, unimproved camping, kayaking catching some largemouth bass and swimming are what you enjoy, this is without a doubt your spot!
