West Caney Road, County Road #1141, is a short out-and-back trail road that feels very mysterious because it is engulfed in the deep woods of the Ozark – St Francis National Forest. The road is overgrown with tall weeds, and there is a lot of undergrowth and trees around the road. There are no designated camp areas along this section, but it connects to several roads that have established camping. West Caney Road connects to Gunner Pool Road. West Caney Road is a great road to find wildlife or just enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods.
