Mead Liberty/Phoenix Powerline Road is a 5.3-mile point-to-point trail that connects Jumbo Wash Road to Highway 93. The trail runs along a set of high-tension power lines with several tight switchbacks on a narrow shelf road. The views of Jumbo Wash and Malpais Flattop Mesa along this trail are spectacular. The terrain can be rough and rocky at times, but the trail is suitable for any AWD or 4WD vehicle.
