This trail is located in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. This area is known for wheeling, camping, hiking, and swimming. In the summer months, it is hot and full of visitors enjoying its wide variety of activities. You can find all levels of trails in the forest and if your lucky you will catch a glimpse of the elk as they migrate through the area.
This trail is a long easy trail for most people to enjoy. There are beautiful views that look over the valley below that provide a nice place to pull over and take a deep breath. This trail is not very technical but provides just enough of a challenge to keep you interested. The rock climb and the long bridge crossing are just two of the exciting aspects of the trail.
