Located in a small portion of the West Desert, the Tintic Mountain Range is home to endless exploration activities. In its heyday, the Tintics were one of the biggest and most successful mines in Utah. Each canyon gives new life to the chance of finding a piece of history. Twelvemile Pass Road is the northern route to give you access to all of these canyons. Although nothing exciting on its own, this trail is a must if you are wanting to explore the Tintic Mountains.
