Tucked away in a lesser-known area, Stove Gulch provides a bit of excitement while guiding you deep towards the base of Flattop Mountain. Due to this remoteness, this trail sees little use and, therefore, has many difficult spots caused by storm damage. A flexible suspension is a must, and 4WD will be required to complete this scenic little journey once you pass the turnoff to Stove Gulch North. There are two hills you must climb up and over, both being steep, washed out, and containing loose rock.
