Colorado native that grew up on dirt bikes riding around Woodland Park area. Got into off-roading a few years ago and it goes well with my photography. I almost always have a camera when I'm out exploring trails. Sometime have my dog out along the trails as well.

Yankee Hill to Central City (10/22/2022)
Ran it today in reverse along with the Columbine Cutoff in a 21 Wrangler Rubicon 2-door, stock. Somewhat busy up on the trail but not too bad. Aspens are done and dropped all their leaves. Some of the climbs were a bit rocky and I'd definitely recommend against any lower clearance cars without full skids. Views from the top were pretty great though a bit windy.
Pole Hill (09/24/2022)
Ran this along with the Solitude Creek and Panorama Peak trails. The pockets of aspen were showing color pretty good and the trail was moderately busy but plenty of pullout spots and most everyone was courteous. This was my first run with my new to me JL Rubicon and it obviously handled everything very well, even in its stock form. Saw anything from built jeeps on 37s to stock F150s and even a somewhat built Subaru crosstrek on the trail.

For me this part of the 3 trails wasn't really anything special or exciting.

Flake Road aka Illinois Gulch (05/08/2022)
Fun trail. Mini Moab can be as hard as you want it to be. Was dry all the way through when we ran it.
