Poughkeepsie Gulch (08/17/2022)
So far my favorite trail out here, I think 4 might be a little light of a rating especially the steps going out from the lake while wrapping around the corners. There is definitely some technical driving here. The wall I think they have spot on and so much fun.
Sunshine Mesa (08/17/2022)
Nice relaxing little jaunt. Not a trail for a difficulty chaser! Since it's been raining so hard tons of mud holes and water is deeper than the app says.
Imogene Pass- Alternate Northern Access (08/17/2022)
Nice little offshoot while we were getting off imogene, handful of semi technical obstacles and it was raining while we did it so muddy and slippery.
Halfmoon Creek (08/17/2022)
Very surprised in this trail. Has something fir everyone. Not just a 4 hour crawl. Definitely added some complexity when it started raining and made it way more challenging to get down. It was awesome.
Hagerman Pass (08/17/2022)
I agree with the others saying 3 is generous for this trail. The ruts and the gate keeper on the west side are the only 2 points that get it a 3 except the giant wash out between 9 and 10 currently, that is not supposedto be there. The whole center of the trail is rutted 18-24 inches deep.
Iowa Amphitheater (08/17/2022)
Nice little trail if ur hanging out in the leadville area. I'd say the rating is a little on the low side. Way point 7 appears to be impassable if I didn't have a hitch cargo carrier on I might have tried it. Alot of little technical steps and then throw in softball size loose rock throughout.
Yankee Boy Basin (08/15/2022)
The last leg or 2 of this trail is far from a 1. Solid 4. Worth the little drive if ur camping at angel creek or thistledown. On a 1 an xr jlur should not belly rub at any point.

Cinnamon Pass (08/14/2022)
Some decent views other than that not techical. Bumpy as f though.
Engineer Pass (08/14/2022)
I disagree with those saying to skip the first section starting from ouray. Coolest part of this trail is there is stuff for everyone. The first part has some more technical crawling and off camber stuff but nothing unmanageable with good tire placement. Then the views on the shelf road worth it. The last bit going into lake city was pretty boring and cinnamon was horrible for competeing the loop. I think I'd run ouray to the end of the shelf road turn around and go back to ouray if I were to do it again.
