This trail is open. There are a couple parts that should be rated "Hard" for the normal novice offroader. #4 the hard spot would require at minimum 33" tall tires and some decent articulation. Not recommended for stock height 4wd's, other than trucks or Jeeps with higher ground clearance. We did it in a stock 20' Chevrolet Silverado Trailboss on 35's and took the inside "high" line and till had two wheels off the ground going through this section. There is also another section a couple hundred yards up the hill that is pretty washed out from the last rainfall we had. requires you to get really comfortable with the mountain on your passenger side going up the hill or your driver side going down the hill. It's a beautiful trail, and highly recommend it for some great scenery.

Did the trail Friday and was beautiful not a ton of people up there which was nice. Even in the snow trail was easy to moderate at most. Just be careful on blind corners...encountered a group that thought it was tokyo drift season. Highly recommend this route.
