Boreas Pass (10/09/2022)
Very busy but beautiful. Did it in a rwd charger.
Bill Moore Lake (07/04/2022)
The route up was quite harder than expected. Not a problem for me but the Cherokee trailhawk was probably near its limit though with some good spotting was fine. Got really busy around noon and a broken Jeep caused about an hour delay trying to organize 15 rigs to pass or move. We started around 9:30 and didn’t see anyone else until around 11. Mosquitoes are relentless up top. Very pretty though.
Santiago Mine (06/24/2022)
Really neat to see. Wish you got to explore the mine and buildings.
Argentine Pass (06/24/2022)
No problems getting to the top today. No snow to worry about unless you drop down by the power lines. Beautiful area. Checkout the little ghost towns and the various mines. DO NOT follow google maps coming from Denver. Route to Georgetown first then route the rest of the way.
McClellan Mountain (06/24/2022)
Went to the mine and the ghost town but not all the way up. I’d recommend taking the road for Argentine pass to move faster. This route can be a tad gnarly up what is like a creek bed. Pinstripes too. Not that bad since I’m on 37s but it would be a lot for other folks.
Slaughterhouse Road (aka Slaughterhouse Gulch) (05/29/2022)
Busy but fun trail. Lots of lines from easy to hard to be taken. Snowed on us a bit but only for 10min. Nice deep mud holes.
Upham Gulch (05/15/2022)
Whoa now that’s a mud bog. Need some high clearance for the fun spots.
Boulder County Road 68J (05/14/2022)
Ran it in reverse on accident but talking with some folks up there there is no correct way. The trail is pretty easy with just some good flex spots. Took maybe 30min to run. Very pretty though. Surprisingly high amount of mountain bikers.
Hackett Gulch (05/08/2022)
Long drive from Denver. Overall not too bad of a tail. A few technical spots but stock wranglers and a Silverado made it just fine. Very pretty area with a little waterfall. Beware of ticks.
