How do I reset my Password?
If you're having trouble logging in to your Trails Offroad account, forgot your password simply click on the account modal (person symbol) at the top of every page.
If you know you your password and are logged in, you simply change it by editing your profile by clicking the blue buttons:
After submitting your email address and clicking the blue button, you will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. If you don't see this email in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
If you have any trouble resetting your password please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to issue you a temporary password.
Why am I seeing "User does not exist"?
A "User does not exist" error when resetting your password means we don't have an account under that email address. Most often this means that you have registered using a different email address or you simply haven't created an account with us yet.
Why am I seeing "Verification token does not match or is not present"?
You should receive an email immediately after entering your email and clicking 'reset password'. If you click the reset password more than once you will receive another email for every time you click. If you are not using the most recent reset password email to reset your password you will receive an "Verification token does not match or is not present" error. You MUST use the most recent email to reset your password, as the original token will be replaced by a new token. If you are still having an issue, please email us at email@example.com
How do I update my profile and garage?
While logged in, simply click your account modal. Click the blue button then click the blue button on the next page.
How do I change my email address?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of it.
How do I delete my account?
While logged in, go to your My Trails Offroad account modal. Go to your profile and click edit. Scroll the bottom the page and select the red "DELETE ACCOUNT" button.
How do I link my blog or website to my profile?
Feel free to link to your personal websites/blogs using the Bio section of the profile page.
How do I upgrade to All-Access?
Log in to your Trails Offroad account, then click All-Access to sign up with your credit card.
What is the difference between basic free trails and All-Access trails?

Click the Account Modal, and search for the last tab called "All-Access Portal". From here, you can click on a link that will navigate you to your account.
What are featured trails?
When you see the "Featured Trail" symbol, that is a trail where we make available all the trail details for our Basic Free Membership
What are All-Access trails?
All-Access trails are denoted by an All-Access badge. The trail information for these trails is only made available to our All-Access Members.
How do I share a trail?
If you would like to share a trail to social media or friends simply highlight the URL bar and share the link!
How do I add trails to my favorite list?
When on any trail click the "Favorite Trail" blue button.
How do I review a trail?
You can leave a trail review or trip report on any trail. Simply find the trail and find the link the community section of that trail page and click "ADD TRAIL REVIEW". Be sure to give it a star rating!
How do I edit a trail review?
While logged in, just go to your trail review and click the blue "EDIT" button.
How do I export GPX files to my device or app?
For using a smart phone or tablet gpx application, this is best done by accessing the site directly from your smart phone/tablet. Log onto the website from the device, find your trail(s) and click the download buttons. These will open within your gpx application.
From a desktop, simply click download and then move the file wherever you need it to be in order to access it.
Can I share GPX files?
Our gpx files are intended for your personal use only. They may not be shared on any type of cloud service, other websites or generally made available to the public at large.
