Hidden Falls Adventure Park is about 30 to 60 minutes outside Austin, Texas. The park consists of 2,200 acres of Texas rolling hills with rocky subsurface layers. While in the park, expect water crossings, creeks, rock ledges, and dirt trails. The area is very wooded, so tree damage is a possibility. The trails in the park are great for all levels of drivers and capability levels of vehicles. A new driver can find suitable trails, while an extremely built 4x4 with a very experienced driver can also find obstacles that fit their liking. You must stay on marked trails. The park does not provide recovery service, so make sure you travel with multiple vehicles. The local map isn't very accurate so pay attention to the signs. The park has several different camping, shooting, designated ATV and dirt bike areas. Some areas are day-use only. Since the park is private, everyone must sign the waiver and pay an entrance fee. The park does not have published hours and can be open or closed during the week. So it is best to call first if you are planning a trip during the week. If you are here for the Jeep Badge Of Honor, all you need to do is wheel any road to qualify for the badge. So you could pick one of the easy dirt roads or spice it up with one of the harder trails. Don't forget to check out Hidden Falls while there.
