Newton County Road 7423, just off Highway 123, near Sand Gap, Arkansas, has unique sights along the way. There are creek crossings, an unusual bridge, a waterfall, a campsite right next to one of the creeks, an old cellar, and magnificent bluffs and caves. The road itself is moderate due to rocky and muddy areas. It is well worth a day or weekend trip to sightsee and get lost in nature.
