FR-310 is a forest service road use to get down from "Evans Creek / #311 Upper". It is also a quick way to get up to the same trail if running it in reverse. The road does not get any maintenance, so ruts and pot-holes can be expected. There are pretty interesting views of Mount Rainier and several camping spots.
