Overview

Pike National Forest can get overrun sometimes by traffic, and this is a perfect trail if you want to be away from the crowds and camp away from the main areas. This is a fun little out and back along Grouse Road and is part of the network of trails in the area. This area is near, but unscathed from the Hayman Burn and offers a nice forested spot in the woods with secluded areas for camping. It’s a good addition for a little bit of fun, especially if you want to get away from the crowds. The trail ends at a beautiful part of Rule Creek.
